As a Medical Health Advisor with KINNECT, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the health and safety of workers in the Queensland coal mining industry.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced medical professional to leverage their skills and expertise in occupational health to make a real difference in the lives of workers and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct remote health assessments for Queensland coal mine workers as per the Queensland Coal Mine Workers' Health Scheme
- Provide medical supervision and support to workers undergoing health assessments
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of five years post-graduate experience as a medical practitioner
- Unconditional registration with the Medical Board of Australia (AHPRA)
- ResHealth RSHQ registration as a Supervising Doctor (Appointed Medical Advisor/Approved Doctor)
- Previous experience with Queensland mine medicals and hazardous substances health monitoring medicals
