This role is responsible for managing day-to-day project activities, planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure they're delivered on time, according to objectives.

  • Developing project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Leading and coordinating project teams, ensuring tasks are completed according to plan.
  • Tracking project progress, identifying and resolving issues, and making adjustments to keep projects on track.
  • Maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks that could impact project success.
  • Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Managing project resources, including human resources, equipment, and budget.
  • Overseeing project expenses.
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation.

The following capabilities are required for this role:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years' experience as a Project Manager.
  • Knowledge of payments technology, IT systems, and the financial industry.
  • Understanding of the Payments industry and NPP products desirable.
  • Proven project management skills to deliver outcomes through effective planning and governance.
  • Solid forecasting expertise.
  • Ability to establish measurement frameworks.
  • Proactive risk management across projects.
  • Proficiency in applying tools and methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
