This role is responsible for managing day-to-day project activities, planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure they're delivered on time, according to objectives.
- Developing project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Leading and coordinating project teams, ensuring tasks are completed according to plan.
- Tracking project progress, identifying and resolving issues, and making adjustments to keep projects on track.
- Maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
- Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks that could impact project success.
- Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Managing project resources, including human resources, equipment, and budget.
- Overseeing project expenses.
- Maintaining accurate project documentation.
The following capabilities are required for this role:
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent.
- 3-5 years' experience as a Project Manager.
- Knowledge of payments technology, IT systems, and the financial industry.
- Understanding of the Payments industry and NPP products desirable.
- Proven project management skills to deliver outcomes through effective planning and governance.
- Solid forecasting expertise.
- Ability to establish measurement frameworks.
- Proactive risk management across projects.
- Proficiency in applying tools and methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
