Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic Ad Sales team in Sydney. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing top-tier clients and working closely with the Group Sales Manager to develop and execute strategic priorities to grow revenue and share.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in B2B media sales/account management
  • Proactive and service-driven approach
  • Strong account management skills and ability to build internal and external relationships
  • Ability to pull together a business plan and execute strategic priorities to grow revenue and share
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional and confident presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage top-tier clients and work closely with the Group Sales Manager to develop and execute strategic priorities to grow revenue and share
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and share
  • Provide regular updates and insights to the Group Sales Manager and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B media sales/account management
  • Proven track record of success in managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of the advertising industry and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with IBMS and Mediawise software
  • Knowledge of the Australian advertising industry
