Warehouse Operative Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, maintaining high-quality standards, and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent teamwork skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. They will be physically fit, reliable, and able to follow strict processes. A current forklift license with high-reach experience is preferred but not required.

  • Picking, packing, and dispatching orders
  • Receiving, replenishment, and put-away
  • Cycle counts, stock counts, and batch fixing
  • General warehouse cleaning duties as required
Key Requirements:
  • Availability for shifts between 7am-11pm
  • Able to work up to 3 days a week and commit to working between Monday and Sunday
  • Must have own steel cap shoes and a mobile phone
  • Physically fit to perform all duties
  • Reliable team player - work at the team pace and follow all team policies and procedures
  • Positive attitude and work ethic
  • Safety-focused and proven ability to adhere to all Safe Operating Procedures
  • Current forklift license with high-reach experience (preferred but not required)
