Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Operations Superintendent to manage onshore operations support services, work with external providers and develop direct reports.

The successful candidate will contribute to helping clients meet evolving energy needs and deliver a better future for everyone.

Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, working closely with asset delivery teams, providing direction on operational performance and ensuring fit-for-purpose third-party relationships.

This role requires strong leadership and facilitation skills, as well as experience in operations management, asset integrity and maintenance principles.

A degree in engineering is preferred, with chartered status and extensive experience in reliability and risk management processes highly regarded.
