About the Role

As a Habit Coach, you will play a vital part in helping individuals develop greater independence. This role involves working under the guidance of highly qualified Allied Health professionals to support participants in developing new routines and skills.

The successful candidate will carry out face-to-face and non-face-to-face tasks that bring life-changing experiences to participants. With on-the-job training from leading Allied Health professionals, you will be equipped to model new routines and skills, provide prompting when needed, and build strong relationships with participants.

This role plays a critical part in service delivery between the participant and therapist. You will engage participants using your empathetic nature, work within the scope of your role, and respect the boundaries of a habit coach and a therapist.

You will travel to participants' homes or community environments to provide support and assistance. This may include morning and afternoon routines, as well as other key moments throughout the day.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be flexible, available at key routine moments, and open to traveling to regional areas. You will also require excellent communication skills, a valid driver's license, and access to your own vehicle.

Key Responsibilities
