Key Retail Consultant Role

We are seeking a skilled retail professional to join our team as a Key Retail Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong interest in learning product knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be flexible and open to working various shifts, including late nights and weekends. They will also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a casual role with full-time hours, commencing in September 2025 and concluding in February 2026. There is an opportunity to secure ongoing employment based on business needs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, listening to their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Process sales and maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Support store teams to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and availability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • No prior retail experience necessary, but an interest in learning product knowledge is essential.
