Westfield Knox is home to Mad Mex, a restaurant that serves Australia's best Baja-style burritos made to order using only the freshest produce, flavorful salsas, and authentic Mexican spices. With close to 70 restaurants across Australia, we are driven by our passion to share the food and culture of Mexico with our customers every day.

We are seeking a skilled Grill Master to be part of our team at our Westfield Knox location. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking Mad Mex production according to menu guidelines and secret recipes while adhering to food preparation procedures, cooking times, and hygiene safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be committed to delivering excellent customer service. You must be able to understand and follow recipes and checklists. If you have experience in the food industry, it is a plus, but not essential. What is essential is a vibrant personality, a love for Mexican cuisine, and a willingness to learn.
