Workshop Lead Opportunity

A dynamic and results-driven Workshop Lead is required to manage a team of experienced technicians and apprentices in our service department.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing workshop operations, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and motivating staff to deliver exceptional results.

The successful candidate will have experience as a workshop controller or supervisor, with ERA NET / ERA POWER experience and electronic job scheduling skills. They will also possess strong leadership and mentoring skills, excellent customer service and communication skills, and a current driver's license.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage workshop flow while adhering to completion times
  • Lead and motivate a team to deliver quality workmanship and productivity
  • Ensure all tasks are performed according to brand policy, procedure, and compliance requirements
  • Supervise and organise training, conduct weekly Toolbox Talks, and assist technicians with diagnosing problems
  • Monitor and manage workshop activity to maximise profitability
  • Work with service advisors and managers to meet customer needs and ensure WHS compliance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience as a workshop controller or supervisor
  • ERA NET / ERA POWER experience and electronic job scheduling skills
  • Results-oriented individual with strong leadership and mentoring skills, excellent customer service and communication skills, and a current NSW driver's license
