About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Microsoft Exchange Consultant to join our team of experts in delivering innovative solutions to our Federal and State Government clients.

This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in Microsoft Exchange on-premises and hybrid environments, Exchange Online, Office 365, Exchange Online Protection (EOP), and Active Directory to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Microsoft Exchange solutions for our clients
  • Perform application and service analysis, testing, and remediation
  • Manage Exchange security, including access controls, antivirus, and spam filters
  • Assist with general Exchange activities based on client requirements
  • Prepare and deliver As Built As Configured and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Perform skills transfer for our clients
  • Prepare security-related documentation under the guidance of Oobe's security practice
  • Work closely with other Oobe team members to deliver quality outcomes for our clients
  • Leverage Oobe's vendor relationships to assist with design, configuration, and remediation activities based on best practices
  • Continuous improvement and iteration of technical processes, tools, and reporting
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices for technologies
  • Assist with managing client expectations with Oobe's Project Management team
  • Participate in the creation of new products and solutions by being a member of a cross-functional team
Requirements
  • Minimum NV1 security clearance
  • Recent experience in the tech skills required, ideally within a large government organization or enterprise
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to adapt and apply existing techniques and methodologies to new uses
  • Experience working in multidimensional teams
  • Analysis, communication, and presentation ability
  • Strong work ethic and a can-do, happy-to-learn attitude
