About the Cleaning Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled cleaning professional to join our team. You will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents by delivering exceptional cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and hygiene
  • Clean patient rooms, bathrooms, communal areas, and living spaces
  • Complete necessary documentation and reporting tasks
  • Provide ad hoc support to the broader team as required, including laundry and catering duties

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certified III Hospitality qualification (highly regarded)
  • Aged care experience (highly regarded but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and Outcomes
  • Flexibility to work various shifts throughout the week
