IT Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Administrator to join our team at IPA Personnel. As a key member of our infrastructure and support team, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our IT systems, as well as providing essential support to our field teams.

• Develop and Maintain IT Systems: You will be responsible for developing and maintaining Cognito forms for our QA processes, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with Change Management processes.
• Manage IT Infrastructure: You will oversee and manage SharePoint and Power Apps systems, providing IT support and managing iPads and laptops for our team.
• Subject Matter Expert: You will become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SharePoint and Power Apps, ensuring that our IT systems are up-to-date and running efficiently.
• Review and Enhance IT Systems: You will review, enhance, and develop IT systems to support our business, ensuring that they are aligned with our company goals and objectives.

• IT Background: You will have a strong IT background, with experience in computer systems and a passion for IT administration.
• Technical Skills: You will have strong technical skills, including HTML and developer experience, as well as the ability to manage multiple IT systems and support end-users.
• Problem-Solving Skills: You will be a proactive problem-solver, able to thrive in a dynamic work environment and provide effective solutions to technical issues.
