Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking an Early Childhood Educator to join our team in a babies room. In this role, you will provide high-quality inclusive early childhood education and care to children of all abilities and their families.

Your primary goal will be to create a nurturing environment that promotes learning and development through play-based activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all children and families feel a sense of belonging and are provided with a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment.
  • Provide high-quality inclusive early childhood education and care to children of all abilities and their families.
  • Be a positive role model, active contributor, and engaged team member.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Certificate III in Early Years Education.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • Current National Police Clearance Certificate.
  • Current Medical Clearance.
  • COVID 19 Vaccination Certificate or proof of required vaccination.
  • Current approved First Aid Certificate, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training.
  • Knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), the National Quality Framework (NQF), and the National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Effective communication skills - with families, staff, and children.
