Amazon Fulfillment Centre HR Assistant

We're seeking a highly skilled HR Administrator to join our team in Brisbane, QLD. As an HR Administrator, you will provide critical support to our Fulfillment Centre associates, executing people initiatives, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.
This is a full-time hourly role based on Evening/Night shift patterns. You will work closely with the Human Resources Manager to manage cases, projects, and partner relationships, ensuring accurate employee documentation and providing training and guidance on policies, processes, and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support employees across a broad range of human resources, benefits, and payroll topics.
- Manage cases, projects, and partner relationships with varying degrees of complexity.
- Ensure accurate employee documentation and act as a Subject-Matter Expert for customers, escalating as appropriate.
- Provide training and guidance on policies, processes, and systems to customers and team members.
- Create and distribute standard communications and audit key findings.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and develop suggestions for improvements to maximise value of resources.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality standards.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school or equivalent.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
