Job Description

We are seeking skilled professionals to lead and manage our structural integrity projects across the Pilbara region.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in day-to-day site supervision, ensuring productivity aligns with project timelines. Additionally, they will have a proven track record of leading teams on productive safe work behaviour, setting up and packing down sites, coordinating employees and subcontractors, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Strong communication and influencing skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to obtain a Police Clearance and hold current certifications in areas such as Microsoft Office and trade-related qualifications.

  • Prior experience in construction and remediation industry, preferably on structural integrity projects
  • Prior experience supervising teams of skilled tradesmen
  • S26 supervisor training - preferred
  • White card and current Drivers Licence
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to obtain a Police Clearance
  • Mechanical/Fabrication trade certificate and/or construction qualifications
  • Positive conflict resolution, communication and influencing skills
Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Prior experience in the construction and remediation industry, preferably on structural integrity projects

• Prior experience supervising teams of skilled tradesmen

• S26 supervisor training – preferred

• White card and current Driver's Licence

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office

• Ability to obtain a Police Clearance

• Mechanical/Fabrication trade certificate and/or construction qualifications

• Positive conflict resolution, communication and influencing skills

• Sound understanding of established safety policies and guidelines
