Job Title:

Warehouse and Distribution Coordinator

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe workplace, ensuring personnel are trained and competent. They will also work with the planning department to mobilize and demobilize tooling and equipment to site, provide transport of FIFO employees, raise and close work orders, answer telephone and email enquiries from internal and external sources, evaluate and update maintenance on equipment, conduct stocktakes of consumables, and maintain all records and logs.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a safe workplace and ensure personnel are trained/competent
  • Work with our Planning Department to mobilise and demobilise tooling & equipment to site
  • Provide transport of FIFO employees
  • Raise and close work orders
  • Answer telephone, emails and respond to enquiries from internal and external sources
  • Evaluate and update maintenance on equipment
  • Conduct stocktakes of consumables and maintain all records & logs
About You:
  • Hold a current Australian Drivers Licence
  • Desirable or willing to obtain Forklift ticket
  • Understand how a workshop depot functions
  • Experience using inventory systems (ERP and Apple IOS iPads)
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and high-volume work environment
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Australian work rights
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and ongoing drug & alcohol screens
  • Reside in Karratha
