About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to lead our ICT and security team. As a Lead ICT Security Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the design and delivery of ICT and security solutions on projects;
  • Working closely with clients and contractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration;
  • Coordinating and managing project teams to achieve successful project outcomes;
  • Mentoring and guiding junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge;
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the highest level of technical expertise.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant engineering qualification in electrical, ICT, telecommunications, security or technology;
  • Holding (or eligible to obtain) a Victorian Security Advisor Licence and a Professional Engineering Registration in Victoria;
  • Excellent technical and project delivery skills, with a proven ability to coordinate and liaise effectively with clients and contractors;
  • Demonstrated experience leading, designing and delivering ICT and security designs and consulting services within a buildings environment;
  • A strong consultative, collaborative, proactive approach, with an ability to work with technical engineers and non-technical project stakeholders.
