About This Role

As a Store Operations Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and maintaining stock levels to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a driven individual who has a keen eye for detail and is passionate about inventory management and stock control.

This role provides critical operational exposure across the business and the opportunity to start a career with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help build a culture that prioritizes people development and creates excitement around inventory control and stock movement
  • Create team succession plans and deliver regular training to store teams to inspire them to continuously improve
  • Elevate your team through regular coaching and mentoring and empower them to be self-sufficient and achieve accuracy across store inventory levels
  • Collaborate with store leaders to understand customer needs for key store events and peak trade periods to achieve maximum revenue growth
