Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and support to tradespeople in a fast-paced trade counter environment.

About the Role

As a key member of the Trade Counter team, you will be responsible for assisting plumbers and other tradespeople with accessing products they need for building and renovation projects. Your tasks will include providing quotes both in person and over the phone, undertaking pick, packing and stock control activities, maintaining shop floor displays, ensuring information provided is accurate, and making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
  • Able to pick orders and maintain shop floor displays
  • A valid driver's licence (pre-hire checks conducted)
  • Open to working various shifts, including weekends
