Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Trainer and Assessor to join our team at MAX Solutions in Caboolture, Qld.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering online training and face-to-face training in certificate courses, including Individual Support and Community Services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering training programs to students
  • Assessing student progress and providing feedback
  • Using technology to manage student requirements and track progress
  • Working with a range of learners to support their career development
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve training goals

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current up-to-date TAE40116 qualification, including LLN or TAE 401A and TAEASS502 or 502A or 502B
  • A minimum of a Cert III in Individual Support (Disability, Aged or Home and Community)
  • Solid experience using technology and managing student requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good computer skills, including WebEx, Excel, Word, and recording capabilities
