This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to lead a work program that promotes diversity and inclusion within our organization, reflecting the diverse community we serve. You will help shape and deliver an effective diversity and inclusion work program, creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and respected.

Key responsibilities include leading a small team in designing and implementing diversity and inclusion frameworks and initiatives, overseeing governance arrangements, and collaborating with stakeholders on workforce initiatives.

You will also assist employees from diverse groups navigate systems and processes, ensuring accessible support and productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
