Tradewind Australia is partnering with a reputable not-for-profit organisation to deliver high-quality Home Care Packages in Sunshine. We are seeking an experienced Senior Team Leader to oversee the delivery of these services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, allied health, or nursing, with a proven track record in managing teams and delivering client outcomes. They will be responsible for guiding and supervising a team of Case Managers, ensuring the highest level of service is met in assessment, monitoring, reviews, care planning, funding, budgeting, referrals, and legislative requirements.
The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of Home Care Legislation and Funding, as well as experience in implementing service delivery changes and associated processes. They will be an excellent communicator and negotiator, with strong time management skills and a solid understanding of Consumer Directed Care models and Commonwealth Aged Care reforms.
