We are seeking an innovative professional to join our team as an Insurance Linked Securities Specialist.

This exciting role involves working closely with Portfolio Management and Business Development teams to deliver technical responses and insights to clients across the globe.

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for ILS expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing timely responses to investor questions, Request for Proposals (RFPs), and sales requests
  • Maintaining accurate Due Diligence Questionnaires and reporting databases
  • Contributing to new product development and conducting market research
  • Supporting investor relations activities and establishing new partnerships
  • Maintaining CRM systems and identifying new prospects
About You:

We are looking for an entrepreneurial individual with high energy and a passion for Insurance Linked Securities. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to operate in a rapidly developing business environment and adapt to new circumstances with ease.

Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in an analytical discipline (e.g., mathematics or engineering)
  • At least 3 years of experience in ILS sales, structuring, portfolio management, underwriting, or catastrophe modeling
  • Experience working within asset/fund management
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools and relational database management
  • Exceptional analytical, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Excellent client service aptitude and attitude
  • Ongoing written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Fluency in English (German is a plus)
