About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead workplace relations and governance as a senior executive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead enterprise bargaining negotiations and oversee the implementation of industrial agreements
  • Manage a team of HR professionals to deliver high-quality service that meets business needs
  • Develop and implement strategic human resource initiatives
  • Negotiate and resolve complex workplace relations issues and disputes

The successful candidate will have significant experience in workplace relations and governance, including an understanding of employment law, awards, and agreements within a complex organization. They will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of managing complex workplace relations issues and disputes.
