At Techforce Personnel, we are seeking a highly skilled All RoundOperator to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role in internal and external communications.

About the Role:

This position requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the mining and construction industry. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of People & Communications to enhance executive and external communications, focusing on brand growth and social development. Key responsibilities include working with employees to share their stories, organizing town halls, and managing brand communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tell Employee Stories: Collaborate with employees to gather and share their experiences and perspectives, ensuring a sense of community and inclusivity within the organization.
  • Organize Town Halls: Plan and execute town hall meetings to facilitate open communication and feedback between employees and leadership.
  • Manage Brand Communications: Develop and implement effective strategies to grow the company's brand and promote social responsibility.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to differentiate target audiences and communicate effectively across various channels.
  • Technical Proficiency: Have a solid understanding of systems such as Canva and Wordpress, with the ability to create engaging content and manage digital platforms.
  • Industry Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, specializing in the mining sector, with a strong understanding of the industry's unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Collaboration and Adaptability: Be able to work effectively in a team environment, taking on additional responsibilities and adapting to changing circumstances as needed.
