About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Planner to join our dynamic womenswear team at THE ICONIC. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, maximising profit, and managing inventory to ensure we deliver the best possible customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement seasonal strategies to drive department growth and profitability.
  • Analyse sales trends, forecast demand, and make data-driven decisions to inform purchasing and inventory management.
  • Work closely with the Planning Manager and Buyers to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Monitor department performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Category Management and Marketing teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
What You'll Need
  • Proven experience in planning and analysis, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Relevant qualifications in a field such as business, commerce, or a related field.
