Senior Lending Specialist

A Mortgage Broker opportunity has arisen in a fast-growing finance group based in Melbourne.
This role offers strong earning potential with support to build a client base.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and expand a portfolio of residential and commercial clients, guiding them through the lending process.
- Build new business via referrals, networking, and inbound enquiries supported by marketing and lead generation.
- Conduct in-depth client needs analysis, presenting lending strategies that deliver real financial outcomes.
- Collaborate with lenders, solicitors, conveyancers, and real estate professionals to secure smooth settlements.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker or Loan Writer with a track record of settlements and client retention.
- Cert IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or working towards).
- Strong residential lending knowledge, with commercial experience highly regarded.
- Clear, confident communication skills with a genuine client-first approach.
- A proactive and growth-focused broker who thrives in a supportive culture.
