We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Site Manager for WOMADelaide. The successful applicant will assist the Production Coordinator with site artists, ensure shows begin and finish on time, and perform general runner duties.

Based in Adelaide, South Australia, this role offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of artists and performers from around the world.

The estimated salary for this position is $33.76 per hour plus overtime and public holiday loadings, based on the Level 5 Live Performance Award.

Job Description
  • Assist the Production Coordinator with site setup and artist liaison
  • Evaluate and troubleshoot technical issues during performances
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless event execution

This is a part-time position, working Thursday to Monday, with occasional additional hours as required.

Applicants should have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
