We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Nutreco Young Professionals Program as a Global Supply Chain Trainee. This 18-month program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of our end-to-end supply chain processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gain practical experience in supply chain excellence by working on challenging tasks and projects.
  • Develop international acumen by connecting with our Business Units and Global Supply Chain Leadership Team.
  • Participate in numerous trainings and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Work in different supply chain roles over an 18-month period, split into three six-month rotations.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Business Administration.
  • Strong proficiency in business English and local language.
  • Maximum of one to two years of experience in supply chain, business administration, or manufacturing environments.
  • Global mobility and adaptability, with a willingness to take on international assignments.
  • Proactive learners, with a passion for mastering complex concepts and applying learnings in practical ways.
  • Creative problem solvers, with the ability to approach challenges creatively and find the best solutions.
