As a Senior Markets Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing markets advisory and derivatives documentation services. This includes reviewing and drafting markets-related documentation, as well as providing ad hoc legal support for legal and regulatory development for derivatives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the entire negotiation process for OTC derivatives documentation.
- Providing legal and regulatory advice for the Markets business.
- Complying with relevant ANZ policies, processes, and internal standards.
- Working closely with the Head of Legal, Markets Documentation on internal projects.
- Maintaining the relevant ISDA/CSA/GMRA templates for counterparties.
