Business Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to key personnel.
  • Manage calendars, schedule internal and client meetings, and handle meeting logistics.
  • Prepare routine correspondence, client emails, and internal memos.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of client records and CRM systems.
  • Monitor email inboxes and flag critical tasks for assigned staff.
  • Assist in billing processes: generate draft bills, track WIP, and liaise with accounts for follow-ups.
  • Collaborate closely with partners, accountants, and other departments to coordinate service delivery.
  • Organise team events or training sessions as required.
