C&K Childcare & Kindergarten is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at the Magnetic Island Early Childcare Centre. As an Assistant Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of children in our care.

About the Role

This is a fixed-term position until the end of Term 4 2024, with a possibility of extension. You will be working in a supportive and collaborative environment, guiding children's learning and development, and creating a safe, engaging, and play-based learning environment.

  • Develop and implement educational programs that cater to the needs of children
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the community

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
  • A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card
  • A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one)
