Construction Project Supervisor

Established by a long-standing partner, this project seeks to deliver a 2-year infrastructure project with an immediate start.
This undertaking requires a Supervisor to oversee the Services package of a brownfield construction project.
- Supervise multiple subcontractors to ensure work completion aligns with the current scope and contract terms.
- Ensure subcontractors adhere to and comprehend Safety Management and Environmental Management Plans, completing Work Packs, SWMS, Pre-starts, and Task cards as per the management plans.
- Inspect Electrical & Mechanical Construction and Installation works to comply with design specifications and project requirements.
- Collaborate with the Engineering and Design team to address field changes and future installations.
- Provide regular progress reports on subcontractors and plan future works to meet target programs.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum 10 years of construction experience.
- Strong experience managing multiple subcontractors.
- A trade background is preferable.
- Experience delivering M&E Construction projects is mandatory.
- Tier 1 background is desirable.
- High attention to detail in site safety and quality is essential.
