Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Building Inspector to conduct thorough inspections of properties, identifying potential pest issues and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect properties to identify potential pest infestations and structural damage
  • Conduct pre-purchase building, pest, dilapidation, depreciation, construction stage inspections and drug residue testing onsite
  • Provide expert advice to clients on the best course of action to rectify any issues found during inspections

About You:

  • Have completed General Pest (units 5,6,18) and Termite & Timber Pest (units 8 & 10) and be Licensed with QLD Health
  • Hold a current Drivers Licence and your own transport, PI & PL Insurance
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
  • Be able to work both in a team and autonomously
