**Civil Contracting Project Coordinator**

The key focal point for this role will be to prepare written content for EOI submissions, pre-qualifications and tender response documentation. This will involve interpreting project specifications, deliverables and civil construction methodology to formulate coherent and compelling bid & tender content.

This is a permanent position with an immediate start in Perth. The successful candidate will work within a highly experienced team supporting the Bid Manager and senior management. Office hours will be approximately 8:30am - 5:00pm.

  • 3+ years recent experience as a Bid/Tender Writer or Tender/Proposals Coordination including MRWA/PTA/Civil tender submissions, pre-quals or EOIs for contractors.
  • Recent experience working on $5m-100m+ tenders/EOIs for civil/roads/bridges/earthworks and concrete packages.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Superb written English and grammar skills to articulate points of difference and competitive advantages.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Current rights to work in Australia.
