Job Opportunity:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and consult with customers to ensure they receive the best advice for their health and beauty needs.
  • Make every customer feel special while demonstrating prestige products.
  • Ensure customer transactions are processed correctly and efficiently using our point-of-sale systems.
  • Maintain the appearance of our stores, ensuring they are well-stocked and welcoming for customers.
  • Demonstrate the value of membership to customers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent product knowledge and presentation skills in line with a prestige brand.
  • Extensive experience in managing a beauty counter.
  • Confidence in delivering outstanding customer service and advice to a diverse range of customers.
  • Ability to relate well with customers and teammates.
  • Willingness to continue learning about products and services.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
