Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and flexible professional to join our planning team.

As a Planning Support Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

  • Manage SAP and Ariba processes to maintain continuity of operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to meet operational goals through effective support and coordination.
  • Communicate proactively with clients to enable safe, efficient, and transparent work execution.
  • Support monthly reporting and data submissions to ensure accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
  • Coordinate subcontractor activities and oversee permit applications across relevant authorities to meet project timelines.
  • Maintain planning registers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:

This is a diverse role that requires excellent communication and organizational skills. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing SAP and Ariba processes.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in SAP, Ariba, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with reporting tools and systems such as Power BI, VisRes, MS Project, and SHEQ systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in materials management is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
