Key responsibilities include creating and executing communication plans to keep all relevant parties informed, engaged, and aligned. The role also involves coordinating and supporting training requirements to ensure that changes are effectively embedded across the organisation.

This role requires excellent collaboration, teamwork, and strong relationship engagement skills across multiple units in the organisation. Proficiency in Excel data analysis and creating PowerPoint presentations is also essential.
