About the Role
This is an office-based position that requires high-attention-to-detail and administration-intensive tasks.
We assist with overall administration management of one or more portfolios, including submitting maintenance requests, writing and sending correspondence, attending and assisting with meetings, maintaining body corporate registers and records, and communicating with internal and external clients.
We provide excellent, proactive customer service to clients based on reported and observed issues.
We liaise with various groups such as committee members, owners, real estate agents, solicitors, contractors, and any other relevant bodies to assist with queries, requests, and conflict resolution.
We build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers through customer focus that will enhance our reputation.
Key Skills and Qualifications
We require a high energy individual with the ability to juggle competing priorities, with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel in particular) is essential.
The ability to troubleshoot in a variety of situations before escalation is crucial.
Preferred IT knowledge and strong organisational and time management skills are required.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for this role.
