Precast Supervisor Role

**About the Opportunity**

To support the delivery of high-quality precast products to large-scale infrastructure projects in Australia, we seek an experienced Precast Supervisor.

This is an exciting opportunity for a team leader who can manage and motivate a diverse workforce to achieve outstanding results in productivity, health and safety, and quality.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance of precast products with shop drawings
  • Effective management of material inventory
  • Timely manufacture of precast elements through subordinate teams
  • Development and implementation of production programs to meet client requirements
  • Daily workforce planning and coordination with Project Managers
  • Maintenance of a safe working environment for all employees
  • Identification and mitigation of workplace hazards
  • Ensuring the highest standards of product quality

Responsibilities also include effective day-to-day supervision of the workforce, conducting daily pre-start meetings, and maintaining accurate records of production and performance metrics.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
