Electrical Engineer Lead

Drive Australia's renewable energy revolution with a key role in our project development team in South Australia.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct feasibility assessments, site screening, and technical reviews for large-scale clean energy projects.
  • Support grid connection documentation and liaise with consultants on technical matters.
  • Participate in technical reviews, stakeholder meetings, and internal strategy sessions.
  • Develop technical specifications and cost estimates during EPC tendering processes.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Electrical, Renewable, or Power Systems Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in utility-scale solar PV and/or BESS development.
  • Understanding of AEMO requirements, NER compliance, and Australian grid connection processes.
  • Familiarity with grid studies, project design tools, and energy modelling software.
  • Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Willingness to grow within a fast-paced, technically driven environment.
