About the Role:This role involves working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and effective time management are crucial.
The Clinical Nurse Manager will be responsible for monitoring and minimizing clinical risk, meeting clinical quality KPIs, and identifying changes in resident care needs to support AN-ACC classification and funding.
The successful candidate will also be required to review and investigate clinical incidents, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address these issues.

Key Responsibilities:- Comprehensive clinical assessment and review of resident care needs
- Facilitate and coordinate the admission process for new residents
