About the Role

At O'Brien Glass Industries Limited, we're seeking a highly skilled Automotive Glass Specialist to join our calibration team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service in a professional and timely manner.

You will have already worked in an Automotive or Mechanical Role and possess excellent communication skills. Your passion for delivering customer service excellence is essential, as you'll be working closely with customers to provide top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, repair, and replace automotive glass and related materials on vehicles.
  • Work as a specialist in our calibration business, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks undertaken.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers, ensuring they are informed throughout the job.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date, relating to the customer and associated transactions.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment, actively helping to create a collaborative and successful team.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A mechanical qualification and experience in an Automotive or Mechanical Role.
  • The ability to build rapport quickly and deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Comfortable dealing with customers face-to-face and selling company products.
  • A strong work ethic, resilience, and the ability to work in a complex and changing environment.
  • A high level of self-awareness, desire for ongoing personal development, and a commitment to achieving results under pressure.
  • Satisfactory completion of a pre-employment assessment, including a drug and alcohol test.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around AU$65,000 - AU$90,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you'll enjoy:
