The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with 3-5 years of experience in product design/UI/UX design. They should have a proven track record of leading design conversations based on understanding how design impacts business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions.
- Conduct discovery, user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to iterate and improve designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products and projects.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture within the team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
- Presentation skills are essential as you will need to present your work to peers, business stakeholders, and leadership.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Product Designer/UI UX Designer.
- Able to lead design conversations based on understanding how design impacts business.
- Enthusiastic about designing digital products & platforms, and working on complex challenges.
- Experience with design and prototyping software (Figma).
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
