Residential Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly-motivated professional to lead our day-to-day concierge operations. This is a dynamic opportunity for a confident and service-led individual to support the Director of Residences with onsite exclusive letting portfolio.

As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and managing all aspects of the exclusive onsite letting service.
  • Supporting resident onboarding, lease preparation, and compliance documentation.
  • Managing tenant move-ins/outs, inspections and general liaison.
  • Ensuring all letting activity aligns with brand standards and building expectations.
  • Leading the Concierge team and overseeing daily concierge operations.

About You:

We are looking for someone with a strong focus and passion for resort operations. You will have:

  • A sound understanding of emerging trends in the industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, develop and inspire teams.
  • Confident and articulate communication, negotiation, relationship and networking skills.
  • Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to make sound decisions and understand commercial implications.
  • Ability to think strategically and plan on a mid to long term scale.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with drive, ambition and high level of energy.

Qualifications:

Queensland Real Estate License or Residential Letting License – desirable
