Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Injury Lawyer to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced lawyer to work with a reputable law firm.

The successful candidate will have the ability to provide exceptional legal services to clients who have been injured in various accidents or incidents. They will be responsible for managing client files, conducting research, drafting documents, and representing clients in court.

This is a full-time, 12-month fixed term contract position. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of personal injury law and experience working with clients who have been affected by workplace injuries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client files and provide exceptional legal services to clients who have been injured in various accidents or incidents.
  • Conduct research and analyze case law to ensure that clients receive the best possible outcome.
  • Draft and review documents, including court pleadings and other legal correspondence.
  • Represent clients in court and negotiate with insurance companies on their behalf.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong understanding of personal injury law and experience working with clients who have been affected by workplace injuries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • A high level of professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethics and conduct.
