Integration Project Specialist

Our organisation is seeking an experienced Integration Project Specialist to support and deliver integration projects involving SAP Business One (SAP B1) and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). This role will focus on the configuration, automation, and ongoing support of multiple integration channels.

The successful candidate will lead and support the configuration of SAP B1 and EDI integrations using native SAP tools or automation platforms such as Bouyon. They will develop, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations via API, XML, and SFTP feeds.

We are looking for someone with a strong working knowledge of API, XML, and SFTP protocols, as well as experience with automation platforms such as Bouyon or similar tools.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support the configuration of SAP B1 and EDI integrations
  • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations via API, XML, and SFTP feeds
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope and provide estimates
  • Manage and control project scope, ensuring any deviations are handled through formal change control processes
  • Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and issue resolution post-deployment
Requirements:
  • Proven experience delivering SAP B1 and EDI integration projects
  • Strong working knowledge of API, XML, and SFTP protocols
  • Experience with automation platforms such as Bouyon or similar tools
