Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role:
In this challenging and rewarding role, you will play a pivotal part in implementing and reviewing quality assurance activities. You will be responsible for managing and resolving complex issues through thorough testing, providing detailed reports to ensure consistent quality assurance services are delivered to our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute functional and non-functional tests, including debugging and refactoring test code to ensure high-quality solutions that meet business needs
- Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve defects, improving the quality of systems development
- Provide technical guidance and support to improve software development processes and implement quality assurance recommendations
- Analyze and report on test activity, identifying gaps in software and processes, and develop automation tests to enhance quality assurance services

Requirements:
- Proven experience in quality assurance, with expertise in testing methodologies and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate effectively with technical teams
- Experience in developing and maintaining systems and processes, including writing automation tests across different environments
