About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for providing an amazing Grill'd experience to our customers by being the face and hands behind our brand.
  • You will work closely with our kitchen team to prepare quality ingredients with love and attention to detail.
  • You will become proficient in all stations, including chips, buns, dress bench, grill, wrap, floor & till.
  • You will ensure the restaurant is always sparkling clean and maintained to high standards.
  • You will work as part of a team in a fast-paced, fun, quick-service casual dining restaurant environment.
  • You will work a range of shifts, including weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.

What We Look For:

  • We welcome previous experience in a customer-facing or kitchen environment, but this is a great entry-level role, so we can do the training.
  • You should have a big appetite for learning and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • You should possess leadership qualities, such as active listening, effective communication, and teamwork skills.
  • You should demonstrate ownership and resilience in your work, taking pride in your tasks and responsibilities.
  • You should be trustworthy and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
