Job Description

We are seeking a leader to oversee the strategic priorities for our service delivery, program management, and policy initiatives. This role will shape and drive program plans and delivery requirements while ensuring best practice is employed.

Responsibilities
  • Promote and manage relationships with stakeholders, community groups, business sponsors, and service providers.
  • Drive collaboration initiatives, activities, and relationships to deliver innovative problem-solving.
  • Research, plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate project or program initiatives.
  • Report on program objectives, outcomes, and performance.
  • Manage risk assessment and risk management activities.
  • Plan, manage, and monitor financial budgets.
Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have experience in program management, policy development, and stakeholder engagement.
